Refund policy

Due to the specialist nature of the research compounds supplied by Axiom Labs UK, all products are sold strictly for laboratory and scientific research purposes only.

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery, however returns are only eligible under limited circumstances.

To qualify for a return:

  • Products must remain completely unopened, unused, and in their original condition
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase must be provided
  • The return must first be approved by Axiom Labs UK

For safety, quality control, and compliance reasons, opened products cannot be returned.

If your return request is approved, return instructions and the return address will be provided.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order:

  • Arrives damaged
  • Contains incorrect items
  • Is incomplete
  • Has been affected during transit

Where possible, photographic evidence may be requested in order to assess and resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of the products supplied, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products that have been improperly stored or handled
  • Products returned outside the return window
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

Axiom Labs UK reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges.

If a return is approved, customers may place a separate order for the replacement product once the original return process has been completed.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers may have the legal right to cancel or return an order within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Products must remain unopened and unused
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

This right may not apply to certain specialist research materials where exemptions under applicable regulations exist.

Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before funds appear in your account.
